Goal: Provide BCI controlled Counter UAVs against attackers. Why: Currently, the boots on ground military have to shoot down incoming drones, as there are no counter UAVs that can accurately, and quickly respond to the payloads, especially one that isn't capable of being spoofed. Any sort of local/algorithmic autonomous drones would be open to vulnerable to EMP attacks.
