Inspiration

We will be tackling problem statement 3 - How can we get employers to be open and hire women who have less social mobility and may not have access to livelihood opportunities? We resonate most with this problem statement, especially since 33% of discriminatory hiring cases involved age and gender discrimination and 25,000 women from low-income families in Singapore are struggling to find and sustain a living. We strongly believe that everyone should be given equal opportunities in a hiring pipeline, regardless of gender, age, race and academic background. We should consider everyone equally given their skills and attitude.

What it does

An all-in-one hiring platform that aims to increase inclusivity and fight discrimination, where applicants' details are anonymised and relevant skills are showcased.
