Inspiration
After seeing so many policies being passed on a federal, state and district level, people advertise supporting different policies. They explain the bills to us saying what passing the bill represents but it is important for citizens to be able to understand the bills for themselves without bias.
What it does
We provided a platform for citizens to easily inform themselves about what a bill represents without bias. Rather than politicians explaining their biased views, citizens can see for themselves what a bill represents.
How we built it
We built the application on a web browser using RAGs. Through the help of LLMs we were easily able to summarize bills with data such as the congressional person who filed it, the party that filed it etc.
