Inspiration
It was listed as a springboard project and seemed pretty cool. I had not done anything hardware related and thought I'd give it a shot.
What it does
It displays text or images onto a small, wearable lcd screen.
How I built it
I followed the instructions here: http://unhackathon.org/springboard-projects/screen-hat.html.
Challenges I ran into
Some of the code was incorrect for having the phone communicate with the computer. Finding the exact source of these errors took some time.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
I was able to get it working after various hiccups.
