Inspiration
we were inspired by the lack for reliable information on the internet.
What it does
Our website analyzes the information provided by the user, then it sends back a value providing information on why that text is biased or not.
How we built it
We used AI to develop the backbone of the backend and some of the front end, then we manually tested the AI model and adjusted the system prompt accordingly, along with solving ai hallucination issues.
Challenges we ran into
The ai would constantly adjust its opinion every time we sent it the same information, this was resolved with a more complex system prompt, along with a lower "temperature" value.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
we are proud of all deciding on an idea, planning, executing, and completing the idea.
What we learned
we learned how to launch a website onto localhost, providing a pathway for launching any future websites we might have planned ourselves.
What's next for Bias clarity
Refine the UI, then open source and maybe even launch it if there is enough demand.
