Bearing Selection Web App

Inspiration

The amount of time I realized it took to look up bearings for my desired application.

What it does

Searches a bearing catalog given the bearing company name, and the desired loads and outputs available bearing products with their associated part number, safety factor, and Life ratings

I ran into several function errors to reference tables at the beginning

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

The fact that I was able to get this app to calculate Life Ratings and Safety factors by performing calculations with formulas

I worked on deploying the data mining processing on the webpage application while simultaneously creating the webpage which acts as a means of client side platform for the companies that our project is intended for. The data mining aspect with the incorporation of HTML and CSS functions was a ton of fun and I thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience and made a lot of new friends over this 2 day Hackathon!
