Inspiration
BEARCON was inspired by the critical need observed in demanding environments where large or time-sensitive data must be transferred rapidly from challenging remote locations to central hubs over unreliable networks. Standard tools often fail in these scenarios (high latency, packet loss), hindering timely analysis and decision-making.
What we aim for
BEARCON is engineered for mission-critical operations in extreme environments. It intelligently moves multi-gigabyte files with maximum speed and guaranteed integrity. Its core is a custom UDP protocol featuring SACK reliability and per-packet SHA-3 validation, designed to conquer high-latency networks. A unique "smart algorithm" analyzes both file size and real-time network latency, predictively switching between our custom UDP engine or a reliable TCP fallback. A resilient radio control channel offers out-of-band commands, and it also unifies field teams with integrated live streaming and chat services. This entire suite is secured by a token-based administrative hierarchy.
