Inspiration
Our inspiration was the carpooling service Mizzou Stripes that ran before the pandemic.
What it does
BarCore CarCore provides MU students with a safe and free ride home, especially after a fun night out.
How we built it
We built it on replit using HTML, PHP, CSS, and JavaScript
Challenges we ran into
Implementing a GPS system similar to Google Maps, storing ride requests in a database, and choosing the name of our project
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Building a decent website that shows a good chunk of what we envisioned.
What we learned
Coding is challenging and fun, especially when you're coding with friends
