Inspiration

Random word generator gave us banana and skateboard. We went with it because we lit.

What it does

It's a game with a banana on a skateboard getting chased by a phantom monkey.

How I built it

Love2d and Lua

Challenges I ran into

Slopes don't actually work great in physics engines. Physics engines don't actually work great anyway. Sleep is necessary for work.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

We got a whole map and textures made for the entire game. And the game works to a decent degree and it's fun.

What I learned

Lua, Sleep is Necessary, Vector Design, Game Development Architecture, Designing Game Textures & Maps, Love2D game engine

What's next for BananaSkateboard

MOAR LEVELS . Publishing an EXE / OSX DMG / DEB / IOS APP / ANDROID APP because we can.
