Balance

InspirationWelcome to our project! The audio balancer. This desktop appli we acation analyzes audio from different sources and then automatically adjusts the volume according to the user's requirement, thus, providing a constant loudness to the users.

Rationale : During zoom meetings, we sometimes encounter this problem where a set of pannelists have muffled audios while the rest have very loud audio outputs. Sometimes this causes the user to keep changing volume of their own device to ensure two things: firstly,that they can understand what the user with the low-volume is trying to say, secondly, their ears are not exposed to irritating loudness! Not only on zoom meetings, but on social media is a platform that has posts containing audio from all around the world. As a result, user encounters audio that is loud and soft and has to adjust the volumes.

The user faces an unpleasant experience as their attention is fixed on adjusting the volume instead of the content being delivered on audio. Zoom meetings especially are disrupted, and users are asked to fix or even worse, replace their microphones.

Solution proposed by Balance : Balance analyzes live audio and adjusts the volume of the device based on the loudness in the audio system
