Enables the tansgender minority to earn decent income through a secure chain of networks and gain confidence to get integrated into the society.

1) Retention of people of this community in the work force is a challenge 2) The gravity of the situation is much stronger than expected!

What's next for Ba-ikhtiyar

To add vocational training to the entire circle and grow into a for-profit organization.
