🚀 AxxessDeezFacts - Revolutionizing Home Healthcare 🏥💡

Welcome to AxxessDeezFacts, a next-generation healthcare web and mobile application designed to streamline documentation, inventory management, and patient monitoring. This innovative project was developed for the Axxess Hackathon to bring efficiency and intelligence to home healthcare. 🏠❤️

🌟 Inspiration

🏆 As the brother of somebody with special needs, our team member Vasudev has seen firsthand how inefficient the current healthcare inventory system is. He's experienced unnecessary delays in receiving items, such as his brother's wheelchairs. (Yes, plural, because the system has been inefficient throughout his growth). Vasudev realized that the current healthcare inventory management system is manual and takes time, leading to human error and overstocking/understocking.

Frontend: React, TypeScript for a modern, responsive UI.
Backend: Remix and Python for scalable API handling.
Database: PostgreSQL for secure and efficient data storage.

📜 Patient Health Logs

📝 A detailed database that logs patient health data sent from the app. 👨‍⚕️ Physicians can leave notes and recommend medications directly. ✏️ Edit functionality for modifying health log details. 👁️ Click on a patient profile to see their complete medical history.

📂 A dedicated Patient Tab displaying all patient information from the database. ➕ Easily add new patients by entering basic details (name, height, weight, age, etc.). 🖥️ Auto-generation of comprehensive patient records. ✏️ Edit patient information at any time. 👁️ Click on a profile to view complete patient details.
