Our group wanted to solve a problem that everybody encounters in a novel way. For some of us, waking up is the hardest part of the day and we just can't do it without coffee. But because time is so limited in the morning, too many people buy coffee at their local coffee shop on their way to work or between classes. Many often miss class or are late for work because they aren't able to wake up. Our project allows people to save both time and money, and provides the same convenience as grabbing a cup of coffee to go.
How it works :
- Set an alarm on our android app
- It will turn on your coffee machine and brew it a minute before the alarm sounds
- A real alarm sounds
- In order to turn it off, you have to play one game of 'Simon Says' using the push buttons
