This dashboard automatically collects stock data from 5 websites and combines them for a well-rounded look into a stock. It supplys up-to-date news and analysis for a stock analyst.

Inspiration

I was inspired by the prompt to try and make automation that can actually be useful. My background in CS and Commerce also helped inspire the app and its functionality.

What it does

This app collects stock analysis data from 5 different websites and combines them into one dashboard. It gives you buy/sell/hold recommendations, price targets, earnings history, financial data, recent news, valuations and more.

How I built it

Built completely with UiPath, utilizing apps, orchestrator, data service, Computer vision and a marketplace extension. The code is completely made by me, nothing is copied. The code is written in C#

Challenges I ran into

Learning UiPath from scratch, and dealing with changing websites for different stocks made data retrieval a challenge.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

Work very well with most Nasdaq stocks, give very useful analysis that could actually be used by a stock analyst.

What I learned

I learned the UiPath software from scratch, what an RPA developer is, and touched up my C# in the meantime.

What's next for Automated Stock Analysis

Adding a download to pdf within the app is a goal. Improving usability and more bug fixing.
