AuthentiGuard

Inspiration

My inspiration for this project came from a deep fake video on my social media feed. It made me feel disgusted as all that was used to created such a video was a profile shot photo.

What it does

AutheniGuard works as a free service to allow Consumers to reclaim their identity from deep fakes, as not everyone can afford the services required to take down such videos/photos. Offering an Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) based solution that uses advanced search mechanisms capable of quickly and accurately finding deep fakes.

How we built it

AuthentiGuard would be built with Convolutional Neural Networks as this method would provide the most accurate results needed to be able to take down deep fakes due to the many layers the data is processed through

Challenges we ran into

Some challenges we might run into with AuthetiGuard is ensuring total accuracy, as this can only be done with intense training on the agent. Another challenge is making sure Authetiguard is only trained with the latest and most accurate data.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

One accomplishment I am proud of is creating my first ever business plan, that is preparing for the new Digital future.

What we learned

I have learned the necessary skills and uses of CNN and also the process needed to create such a important platform like AuthetiGuard.

What's next for AuthentiGuard

Next step is to make AutheticGuard real by actually going through with the plan put into place, to truly ensuring a world where removal of deep fakes is quick and easy.
