Inspiration
We wanted to work on a project with Amazon Echo that also incorporated one of the overall themes from HACK UVA.
What it does
Presents biographical information on a diverse background of individuals/groups in an audio format.
How we built it
Combination of Python, AWS Lambda, and Alexa Skills Kit.
Challenges we ran into
We did not have any experience working with Amazon Web Services or Alexa.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Successfully able to develop a skill for Alexa.
What we learned
Developing some basic skills with Amazon Web Services and Alexa.
