What it does

People can post and search for dessert recipes! Share the sweet love around the world!

How we built it

We used Python, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for the frontend and backend development.

Challenges we ran into

One of the challenges we faced was making API calls. Another challenge we faced was making the backend work on Google Cloud. We also faced many general challenges with communication, getting used to Git Flow, and making frontend and backend requirements and goals compatible!

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud to have successful API calls and have a flowing frontend and backend flow.

What we learned

We learned a lot about the challenges of full-stack development, learning about Git, and using APIs for database sources.

What's next for Athena's Delights

One thing we think would be great to add would be to show pictures relevant to the recipes and allow people to upload pictures of their recipes when uploading recipes. Another thing we would do is implement user login to allow a more personalized and social media-style experience for everyone. ##
