The name, Angry Devs, stems from mountains of complaints about various API's combined with the inescapable allure of Oculus Rift- despite chromatic abberation, lag, low res textures, and other hardware flaws, the immersiveness of VR, by itself, was impressive to both the team and fellow hackers.

To capitalize on this we worked with the Unity Engine SDK demo, Angry Bots, and attempted to expand it as best we could, with the eventual goal of making a first person shooter with support for camera tilting from the position sensors on the Oculus Rift.

While development was fraught with issues, expressions of amazement from simply donning the device are fairly consistent- to an extent that remains both the key feature and greatest success of the project.
