Inspiration

Our inspirational figures are our grandparents. We wanted to create an application that would make their lifestyle easier.

What it does

The application allows the user (elderly) to navigate their daily lives with ease. If they have trouble with translation, changing television channels, or even setting up a music playlist, then it can all be done for them. The helper (grandchild/son/daughter) can help with the customisation and set-up using our web application where it can then be integrated into the mobile application.

How we built it

We built our mobile and web application using Figma. Our presentation was designed using Canva.

Challenges we ran into

We ran into challenges while coding the application of Ancia. We attempted using Qoom and PyWeb.io before opting for a Figma prototype instead.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of being able to create an application to help elderly from all walks of life!

We learned tricks and operations of Figma.

What's next for Ancia

Next steps for Ancia would be to develop a full-fledged application to keep users connected and up-to-date.
