Addr is still a work in progress, but here is the golden idea.

Connecting with someone you just met is no longer as simple as just sharing a phone number or an email address. People now have an average of 5 social media accounts, like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. When you first meet people, it can either be annoying or feel a little creepy to search for them on all of these platforms. Addr is the next generation address book that allows you to share all of your accounts at once, up to your comfort level with the person, of course.

You can set up specific profiles based on your comfort level with the person you just met that shares specific social media accounts. For instance, Instagram could be seen as more intimate than LinkedIn, so if you aren't as comfortable with someone seeing your pictures, you can choose to only share your LinkedIn account. You can also select the profiles that you want to receive from someone.

Based on these profiles that you create, a QR code will be generated. Then, with just a simple scan, the scanner will receive all of the accounts that you were willing to share and he or she can visit your profiles and add you from there!
