What problems are students facing today?

In my personal experience as a student, I have always found it cumbersome to reach out to a tutor/tutoring service to answer my questions. There are times when I have very few questions that would not necessarily justify scheduling a tutoring appointment or outright stopping by my professor's office hours. On another note, tutors have varying teaching styles that won't necessarily be the right fit for a student. With the added complexity of personal schedules, the whole process can become greatly inefficient.

What is AcadPapa's purpose?

AcadPapa serves to fill the need for tutoring on immediate request. It can be a quick stop along a student's learning process or a powerful tool that can teach a topic to whatever degree the student desires.

Is AcadPapa just another ChatGPT?

No. AcadPapa's purpose is to educate,** not to spit out an answer when prompted with a problem/task. For example, suppose the user prompts AcadPapa to find the derivate of f(x)=2/x. In that case, AcadPapa will respond with a step-by-step process on how to solve the problem but with **different numbers/variables.

AcadPapa is geared towards questions such as: How do I use differentiation techniques to find the derivative of an equation? How do I multiply matrices by hand?, How do I write an argumentative essay? How do I format an essay in MLA format? etc.

AcadPapa's Accessibility

AcadPapa is available on any device with an internet connection and a modern web browser. Cool intergrations are probably possible with LMS' like Canvas.
