Inspiration

We wanted to create a platform that helps small local businesses become more visible and easier to find. Many small businesses do not have enough online presence, so we decided to build a simple solution that connects them with customers.

What it does

Allows small businesses to register and appear on an interactive map. Users can search for businesses, view their locations, and get directions to visit them.

How we built it

We built the project using web technologies for the user interface, a database to store business information, and a map API to display locations and routes.

Challenges we ran into

One of the biggest challenges was integrating the map system and making sure business locations were displayed correctly. We also worked on organizing the business data efficiently.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of creating a functional platform that can help local businesses gain visibility and make it easier for people to discover places near them.

What we learned

We learned how to work with map services, manage location data, connect a database to a web application, and collaborate as a team during development.
