How we built it

Graph convolutional network

Challenges we ran into

Didn't have enough RAM to implement our original graph design. Had to figure out how to incorporate the 3D structure of the protein into our graph.

What we learned

It was our first time using graph convolutional networks, for some of us our first experience with Machine Learning as well
