Inspiration

This game was inspired by surviv.io.

What it Does

The player controls a character from a top down perspective and fires at zombies to try and survive.

What We Used

We built the project using the Godot engine.

Challenges

For one of our team members it was the first time using the Godot game engine.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

  • Completing the project in time.
  • Nice sound effects and lighting.

What we learned

  • The Godot engine.
  • Teamwork.
  • Enemy avoidance algorithms, so that the enemies don't overrun each other.

What's next

  • Multiple guns.
  • Ammo and reloading.
  • Better enemy AI.
  • Trees, bushes, and other objects.
  • Traps and other mechanics.
