At team 23 NPCS we built a fast-paced grid battle where every move counts and every turn could be your last for the case closed AI challenge. Inspired by the thrill of solving mysteries and the tension of classic Tron duels, we built an agent that learns to think, adapt, and survive in a shrinking arena. It wasn’t just about code it was about strategy, intuition, and teamwork. We faced our share of twists and crashes, but seeing our agent grow smarter with each run was the best reward. Along the way, we learned how to balance creativity with logic and how small decisions can make the biggest difference. Next, we want to keep training our agent to think even faster and make every match feel like a brand-new mystery waiting to be solved.
