Inspiration

We were inspired to make this now that we finished our 2020-2021 school year. We were realizing how far we have come together as friends and as individuals since 2020, and we wanted to make something in memory of all the things we did that year.

What it does

2020: The Game is an experience to revisit the major events that occurred in 2020, allowing us to relive our unforgettable memories that helped to develop our identities in the long term.

How we built it

We used HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript to create this web game and used many different game design techniques to create a unique experience for the user.

Challenges we ran into

We ran into many challenges with formatting while creating our game. We worked together as a team to overcome these challenges and were able to complete everything in time.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We were able to complete a simulation that we are proud of in only 36 hours. We also made over 20 different graphics as well as three additional minigames.
