This project is one of the more modern and customer-friendly commercial projects in Wanowrie. The project consists of a two-level parking in the basement and three-level shopping area.Two towers house offices.The project includes HVAC, firefighting, electrical, plumbing, drainage with superior internal and external finishes.

This project received the Second Prize for Well Built Structures in the Commercial Building Category, 2006 from the Builders Association of India(BAI).
