Date live: April 2026
Change type: User interface
Description: EYI now sends monthly digest email notifications to users across the EEA and UK, summarising the data portability options available to them. The digest is enabled by default for new EYI users and includes a summary of available data types and a direct link to initiate a data transfer.

Date live: April 2026
Change type: Developer functionality
Description: The deep linking integration now supports a locale parameter, enabling third-party portability developers to direct users to a localised version of the EYI data transfer flow. When a user clicks a deep link from a third-party service, the locale parameter ensures the EYI interface is presented in the user's preferred language.
For the full list of supported parameters, see the Deep Linking Parameters page.
