As a new Paymentology client, you consult with our team as you go through each phase of the implementation process.

We support you throughout each phase. At each phase, you get access to the relevant cloud environments required for Banking.Live.

Project initiation

To experience how Banking.Live works and get hands-on experience of features, we give you access to the Sandbox environment. Here, you and your technical team can see how easy it is to integrate Banking.Live with your environment. In this phase:

• you scope your requirements and create a Product Specification Form (PSF)
• reference links to key documentation are shared with you, including:
  • API's
  • Reports
  • JSON schemas
  • Clearing and settlement payload
  • Card test simulator

The Sandbox environment allows you to:

• create cards in seconds
• run simulations using test data
• view logs and activity reports

One of our Project Managers (PMs) helps scope your requirements and guides you in completing your PSF. This document acts as a record of the card program(s) and features you want to deploy.

Configuration and testing

To test how Banking.Live works and to configure various features, we give you access to the UAT environment. Here, you and your technical team can verify Banking.Live in a controlled environment, before going live. In this phase, you complete:

• PSF sign off.
• VPN set up.
• SFTP set up.
• Access to the UAT environment.
• Training.
• End-to-end testing of API's and FAST .
• Certification when needed.
• Card manufacturing file (embossing file).

The UAT environment allows you to:

• complete training on the UAT Paymentology Client Interface - PayControl.
• use predefined templates and testing tools.
• onboard your wider team.
• get support from our implementation specialists.

Live testing

In the next phase, we set up your access to the LIVE Production environment. With both UAT and Production environments, you get to:

• define and complete live testing within your team - (ALPHA) testing.
• access and train on the Live Paymentology Client Interface - PayControl.
• test with a control group of your customers or stakeholders - BETA testing.
• produce and deliver settlement files
• PCI Certification when needed
• Live testing sign-off.
