Migration guidelines

This guide provides you with information on older report versions that are due for retirement and helpful guidelines on how you can upgrade to the latest report version.

The table below provides you with a list of report versions that will be retired, their retirement date and the report version you need to upgrade to:

We will stop issuing older report versions from the retirement date.

This means you must upgrade to the latest report version prior to the retirement date.

If you are unsure of the current report version you are using, you can raise a ticket on ourCustomer Support Platform or speak with your Client Executive.

Mastercard presentments reports

Banking.Live has had two versions of the Mastercard Presentments report for a while. The older version (v1.0) and the latest version (v2.0).

As of 1st November 2025 we will not be issuing the older version of this report to any client. Therefore, you must have migrated to the latest version prior to this date.

Visa presentments reports

Banking.Live has had multiple versions of the Visa Presentments report for a while. The older versions (v2.0 and v3.0) and the latest version (v4.0).

As of 1st November 2025 we will not be issuing the older versions of this report to any client. Therefore, you must have migrated to the latest version prior to this date.

Migrating from v2.0 to v4.0 (latest):

Report structure changes:

• Addition of a new field Usage_Code
• Addition of a new field PY__Transaction_Type

Business logic changes:

• The latest report version (v4.0) will no longer include settlements that have not undergone the matching process.
