DeskAgent® runs on a simple monthly subscription starting from £85/month. Pricing scales with the number of channels you need and your conversation volume. There are no hidden fees.

There is a one-time onboarding fee which covers setup, configuration, and testing of your agent. This is discussed in full on your demo call before any commitment is made. Your monthly subscription starts only once your agent is live and working.

Contracts

There is no long-term contract. DeskAgent® operates on a rolling monthly subscription — you can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. We don't believe in locking clients in. We're confident you'll see the value quickly.

07Is my data and my customers' data secure?

Yes. DeskAgent® processes and stores all data in line with UK GDPR requirements. We take data security seriously — particularly because the data flowing through the system includes your customers' contact details, the nature of their jobs, and in some cases their home addresses.

Key principles we operate by:

  • Your data, your access — all call transcripts, lead records and conversation logs are accessible only to you
  • Never sold or repurposed — we don't share, sell, or use your data for any purpose beyond operating the service
  • Secure storage — access is restricted on a need-to-know basis
  • DPA on request — we can provide a Data Processing Agreement for clients who require one
