I'm going to try to eat some soup. I made some last night and the taste made me gag.

I had a really insane dream last night that Alex Kapranos and Nick McCarthy were on some crazy road trip to like deliver someone a very important artifact, except they weren't taking it seriously at all and just goofing off the entire time while people were trying to kill them and steal it, etc. It should probably be made into a film.

My wisdom teeth are gone. It hurt. The procedure wasn't bad, except one tooth they had trouble with and also couldn't find my nerve. They said I had no landmark in my mouth for my right lower nerve. I had to make them stop one time and try to find it again when they were pulling it out. It was partially fused so they had to really work it hard and now I have a hematoma on that side of my face. I'm trying to keep it down with ice, but its gross and bumpy.

The pain is pretty bad right now, but it was okay earlier today. The other three teeth came out super easy and he only had to use hand tools on the top ones. I have no idea if thats normal or not.

It hurts really bad to swallow, and apparently thats normal but I really don't understand why.

I'm glad they're out, especially that bastard sickly one.

I can't imagine him living inside a white plastic box for the rest of his....non-life.

Argo had his firth bath just now. He was really scared, and tried to jump out of the tub a few times, but he did really well after that. He hated the water, but liked the soap being rubbed in and the towel drying after. His hair looks insane now, but I don't really have any brushes made for such short haired dogs, so hopefully he doesn't dry totally sticking up in every direction. He smells like chamomile and lavender now, instead of that disgusting dirty pound.

Last night was the first night that he slept all night, and didn't get up once.
I got new glasses last year in September. And they talked me into this stupid anti-reflective coating. The coating started to peel off, and now my lenses are like completely trashed and I can't even see out of my left lens barely at all.

So, I heard about this site a while ago where you can order glasses. And I finally got my prescription and everything together and I ordered some glasses tonight.

http://www.zennioptical.com/cart/product.php?productid=1165&cat=3&page=1

They're pretty plain looking, but I like them a lot.
Thank you all for all the nice comments about Buffalo. I really miss him. And I also feel slightly guilty, because things have been really calm here without him. He was (literally) retarded. So, even though I loved him, the stress level in a room always went up when he entered. It got worse as he got older, and I seriously think he started losing his mind. When he was younger I don't remember being stressed out by him at all. He had a lot of health issues that probably didn't help with his brain issues. He had a really horrible thyroid condition, and when the thyroid level gets too high it can mess with even normal dogs' brains. But, I do miss him. I think he had a good life, though. He went pretty easy and didn't fight the euthanasia solution - and any time I've ever euthanized a dog who wasn't ready to go, they fought.

I use to think John Simm was pretty much the best actor in the entire world. Everything I've seen him in has been incredibly believable, and hard to see as the same actor in everything.

And then I saw the first episode of The Devil's Whore.

I've come to the conclusion that John Simm can not act, and really just bases all his characters on his own life. Unfortunately, he can't relate to some disgusting freak who travels around fighting in wars and hoarding swords and being creepy in the 1600s. It was pretty hilarious, though. And at least he took his shirt off.

Okay, okay, it wasn't that bad.
I got my new mouse pad in the mail today. Its really nice, they made it from a picture I sent them, and its really clear and crisp.

I also got a notice in the mail today about my cars plates being suspended. So, getting to work on Monday might be a challenge, but well, its Friday so no one cares about that.

I had the day off today, which is good, because last night after I got back from Thanksgiving dinner I couldn't stop throwing up.

Today we watched some Life on Mars, and Blackpool and played the Sims. The Master keeps coming onto the Doctor.

Its red. But not very even, or as bright as I wanted it. I don't hate it, and I really like it, but its not as perfect as I wanted. I think its just this dye, I got it because it was cheaper than Feria, but I should have known it wouldn't have been as good as Feria. In a week or two, I think I'll probably do a Feria over it. I want it bright for Spring Break anyway, since we'll probably be taking a lot of pictures.

This picture is horrible, of my face *and* my hair....but whatever. My hair is brighter than this, and more orangey. But you can see in this picture how its not very even, though it doesn't stand out this much in non-pictures.

    <lj:music>Joan Baez - Honest Lullaby</lj:music>

Today was fun, I guess. Besides the whole having to wake up early part.

My first class was canceled, even though I saw the teacher in the office like during class time????

My second class, I drove to the shoe barn with my teacher and she gave me a really nice jacket someone had given her but was too small. So now I have an awesome new jacket that I love because its really warm and its always freezing at school. Also, on the way there she had a CD playing and it sounded like Joan Baez, but I know all of Joan's song and it was one I had never heard before so I was like "That's not Joan Baez is it?" and my teacher, who is also named Mackenzie, was like "How would you know that?" "Because she's my idol." "No, she can't be, she's my idol." And then she told me amusing stories about the times she's met Joan and how Joan gave her roses and tangerines and writes her letters sometimes and even Joan's mom writes her letters, omg.

Then we went to class and put shoes on Filly's back feet. But the teacher just gave me a horse shoe to shape, probably because I suck. But when I was done with my shoe, I pet Filly while everyone else worked on her and she ate my hair. I love her. But she's going away back home now. :(

When class was over, I stayed late so I could learn more because I really don't understand half of anything and we have a test next week. Anyway, I had to nail the shoe on Filly's foot and it was awful. It hurts so bad to have like a horse sitting in your lap, and then I was holding the foot steady, and hammering but...I couldn't figure out howto hold the nail and hammer at the same time and hold the foot steady, so the teacher held the nail while I got it in the foot and then I hammered it and everything, but she said I did good with the hammering which is good because someone else messed up on a nail today. Then I had to rasp her foot all nice and pretty, but that was hard work too, and her foot kept falling off the foot stand and I was like dude Filly you suck. And I'm still having trouble getting the horse to pick her feet up for me and everything, bla bla bla. I need to build strength up, and then I will win at Farrier Science.
