Founded in 1984, Agrimaster specializes in the construction of high-quality mulchers and hedge trimmers, representing an internationally recognized excellence of Made in Italy.

With a history dating back to 1949, Breviagri (formerly Breviglieri) is a pioneer in the production of rotary tillers, seed drills, and power harrows, combining Italian craftsmanship and technological innovation.
MACHINERY FOR SOIL TREATMENT AND SEED BED PREPARATION, PARTICULARLY ROLLERS
Founded in Denmark in 1948, Dalbo is renowned for the production of rollers and cultivators for agricultural applications, bringing Northern European excellence and over 70 years of experience to the group.
Our History
Henry Pedersen founded Dalbo A/S. Between 1950-65, Manufacturing of trailers for local farmers, spreader board lift, Dalbo Rollers and other products.
Oreste Breviglieri founds the company, specialized in manufacture and distribution of fix and folding power harrows intended for agriculture, diversifying product’s portfolio.
Kaj Pedersen takes over management. 1978 Beginning of export sales to Sweden and Germany.
Martoni family establishes Agrimaster, a company specialized in manufacture and distribution of mulchers intended for agriculture.
Strategic decision to employ Dalbo in producing agriculture equipment for tillage.
Agrimaster introduces a new shredder for mulching, with knives placed on 8 rows on markets, then starts manufacturing sprayers and bush-cutters.
Kaj Pedersen decides to hand over company’s majority. Four investors came onboard.
Agrimaster begins to produce machines for big land pilots preparation, expanding its sales network abroad.
Change- ownership and introduction of a new management team Kaj Pedersen still owns 20% of the company.
Agrimaster was bought by PE fund. In 2016 Agrimaster acquires the 100% of Breviglieri. In 2017 Alcedo investment fund takes over 100% of the Group and merges the two companies under the name Demetra.
87% of sales is exported to 30 countries; Largest markets: UK, Germany, Denmark, France and Sweden; Manufactures 1,900 machines annually.
In 2023 Private Equity Fund DeA Capital purchases the 50% of the Group, together with Alcedo, which reinvest in the Group. DemetraAgri holding company is created, consolidating both Demetra and Dalbo.
