My window is not sad anymore. :P I finally killed the bug, yay for me!

So, after blindingly trying everything last night, the last resort payed off. And now, as a lesson for everyone who might encounter problems like these, here's my

Dealing With Viruses 101:

1. Problem: your computer starts running slow, the programs hardly work or don't work at all, you're anti-virus is either gone or not functioning anymore and you're last resort is to go to Task Manager to check the problem and to fix it. When you go there, in the Processes tab, it shows you that either there is one program that is taking up all your virtual memory (CPU) OR - in my case - Windows Explorer or explorer.exe is taking all your CPU. Either one of these problems can cause your comp to run slow, crash or auto-format.

2. Solution: only IF your Internet Explorer works - and it should work - try to find your Anti-Virus page and see if it has Online Scanning for your computer. If it does, USE IT, cause it will most likely find the problem and solve it immediatelly. If your anti-virus doesn't have that, you can try other anti-viruses sites as Kaspersky, BitDefender or Housecall TrendMicro.

For me, BitDefender worked and fixed the problem. Let me explain why. My first anti-virus was BitDefender, but it expired and I needed to go to the company to buy a new password, blah blah, which I didn't do. Instead, I installed other anti-virus and even though this thing works at times, I don't recommend it, at least not until you've got rid of the first antivirus. Because I didn't do that the first time, this kinda messed up my virus scanning.

Lessons:

1. Don't install one anti-virus after another or more then one on your computer. It will either block your comp or make it to malfunction in case of a virus/trojan/spyware.
2. If your anti-virus doesn't work anymore because of a bug, use an online virus scan, but only from your anti-virus (in my case, only from BitDefender), not other pages, since those won't find or fix the problem well, since they don't know your computer like your anti-virus or there is a discrepancy in exchanging infos from one another.
3. This one's a MEMO: make back-up to everything important in your computer. I mean it!!! Especially if you use Mac. Remember Carry Bradshaw's Mac? Not my case, but still, that is a true story. :(

Now, onto something happy. I have an YouSendIt account that allows me for a month to upload big stuff, like big albums and TVshows. *wink* So, if you guys have requests, an episode of something you missed or anything One Tree Hill - since this one I have it in all shapes and sizes, except 218 cause my comp is allergic to that one - request.

One mention, make it 1-2 episodes/request and ask for something that still exists (eg. I hardly found a "Saved By The Bell" episode online and from what I know, "Dallas" doesn't have torrents : P ).

I got a virus from I don't know where this morning and now my laptop is a wreck. It's not an online thing, since I can still post here but Internet Explorer is the only thing I can use now. I think it's a CPU thing, since it reports that I have a low drive memory or something and Windows Explorer is to full capacity. That thing is like a time bomb, overcharging by the second or something... and I think no one understood a thing that I said.

Argh, the point is, if someone even remotelly knows what I'm talking about or knows a good Anti-Virus or Online Virus Scan page, can you please help me??? Pleaseee... yeah, I got to the point of begging, sorry. :(

Just wanted to say THANK YOU to everyone who posted those lovely messages in my previous post. They were all kind and reassuring, so thank you for the confort of words, I think I really needed that.

Things kinda settled now around here and I think everything is back to normal, so... yeah, it is hard, but we all have to get over stuff like this and learn to expect to hit us again, cause, in the end, they're part of this crazy thing called life. I'm sorry again if this seemed a bit exagerated, since other, really awful things happen in the world, but... I think that, because people around me say I live in a cocoon, in my own little world where no one can touch me, this event was kind of a breaking point. It needs to be a breaking point so I can snap out of some stuff and see the real world like a 23-year-old should see it. He he, it did make me settle and get over some petty and imature things concerning stuff and posters from FF.

My parrot died a few hours ago and ... everything is a mess right now. It is kind of a big deal, since my family and I are very attached to animals, in general, and to ours, in particular... and this was our first pet. I got it almost six years ago, for my birthday, and everyone kinda fell in love with it at first sight. Yes, I know that animals, especially birds, die fast, and I expected that for Coco too, but not like this. He wasn't sick and he acted all week like his usual self. And he was fine the last time I saw him in my room... and then my sister found him and everything went blank from that moment. My father doesn't know yet and I'm so afraid of how he'll take it when he finds out. He was the most attached to Coco.

I'm sorry for depressing everyone with this, you don't have to read or comment to this. This is just me finding a way to deal with it, since I'm this close to email my ex-bf and cry myself on his sholder... and I don't want to do that. I know he would've appreciated a sign from me after all this time, and he'd know what to do and what to say, but... I just can't make that step back. Not anymore.

Yes, Zee, you read it right... I caved and... I watched the damn thing. And all because of this. It's amaizing what big of a part can one song have in a TVshow nowadays.

After watching that I cave and watched the whole episode, which was pretty good, actually, and exactly what I expected it to be after reading about it online for almost 3 months now. Don't have any preferences, not even sure if I'm gonna watch more then 3-4 episodes of it, but, yeah Olivia Wilde and Jonathan Tucker might have a say in that one. :P Seriously, I can't and don't want to commit myself to another TVshow and from what I see, this one might not have a long life after all. But, my god, how much influence can the music have in my TVshow preferences!?! *coughLexandmecough*

The song you heard in that preview and in the original TBD pilot is "Rebellion (Lies, Lies)" by The Arcade Fire, but since the band didn't agree to licence the song to the producers, they had to re-use the overplayed "Open Your Eyes" by Snow Patrol. Which, in this case, totally sucked. Rebellion pwns in that scene. Don't get me wrong, I'm one of the biggest SP fans out there, but my opinion, as of many, is: "Open Your Eyes" should've been ours in the first place - OTH crowd - and used as the 401 coda for which it would've been a perfect fit, but the TBD people took the OTH road and recycled music - which is kinda bad for a pilot show to do nowadays - and look what they got. If I was to watch the episode that aired on NBC, I would've totally bitched by now about the how fast this show has got itself a fanbase to begin with, for nothing. But, I didn't. And others - the main target did. Hence, a premature death of it, IMO.

Well, okey, I'm not an autority in this... so maybe this review might help too.

Yeah, I know I said the word HIATUS in my previous post and believe me, I use it. Really. :P But I have a tiny request for my lovely FList, since I know some people here can help me. :P Right, right?

I kinda recovered my NH-fic mood, mostly because "Timeless" (written by Cath, the spoiler-queen) was really finished and now "Getting It All Back" (written by the lovely Brynne aka unwindingdreams), too, and, since I know I'm gonna be done with these two by tomorrow and that these days (coughmonthscough) I'm gonna spend a hell of a lot time at the library, studying for my UNI degree, I'm gonna want more NH fics.

So, I need to know something, considering I couldn't catch up with The Rivercourt latelly and all the new fics kinda scared me (in a good way!).

Yes, sadly, this week we're gonna have to say bah-bye to some shows, mostly due to the hiatus thing. Boo.

1. One Tree Hill. Tonight's the last episode and, frankly, I don't expect much from it, considering it's not an end-of-an-arch episode... so all I want and I think I can settle for is NH. Just give me NH on my screen and I'm good. Yeah, firm hugs will do too, just as long as they're talking to each other and not... others. And James' hair is tamed... :P Argh, six weeks! Boo.

2. Studio 60. Sunday (or Monday for the US) was the last episode before the looong and kinda undefinite hiatus. Uber bummer cause we know nothing about the state of this show, not anymore, when it's been pulled back to make room for the Black Donnellys, show that I already don't like... for a lot of reasons. LOL, because I bet in a few weeks I'm gonna talk about it or make arts from it. It's just... with shows that are mainly popular because of the public opinion, I tend to hate them or not watch them anymore. Kinda like it happened at the beginning with FNL, but I'm all good with that one because I'm inlove with Matt/Julie and the Coach-s.

3. Grey's Anatomy. Well that is one show I barelly talked about... minus the music of the show, I wasn't paying much attention, watching only when I wanted a Patrick Dempsey fix. But now that they air it in my country too, my sister is uber, and I mean that with a big U, obsessed with it. The shocker is that she used to laugh of my tendency to obsess over a lot of superficial stuff during my life like BSB, Britney, BH90210, GG, The OC and especially OTH... and now look who's LOL. After only a few s1 episodes she made me DL all s2 and s3 and like a greedy little squirrel that she is, she watched s3 in 2 days and now wants more (music, spoilers, pics, T-shirt with McDreamy ♥ McHottie, blah blah)... And this week is the end the death-arch-story, where some people die... and I get a lot of good music. :P Eh, my sister will probably start to haunt FF in the next six weeks, since that's how long the hiatus will be.

4. The OC. Last, but definitelly not least. IT ENDS!!! Boo. I know I kinda laughed in my little corner when the news that the show was ending came out. But, that laugh was definitelly justified. The show started to suck a long time ago for me and I just couldn't help it. Even with Taylor, it just didn't work anymore. But... I'm still proud to say that this was my first online obsession and the main reason that I'm calling myself a rabid fan of OTH. So, thank you, OC, I'll shed a tear when I'll watch you on Thursday night and I'm definitelly gonna miss... SETH. And Sandy... And Summer... But mostly Seth, my geek-crush. :P

Eh, I feel like I need to explain my previous reaction, so here goes, in short, why I don't heart OTH after last night's episode:

1. firm hugs - that about sums up NH, right?!?
2. the videotape - you all seen drunk people, right? well, from that tape, drunk people re-invent themselves. Drunk, my ass.
3. the sprinkler scene - gross, gross, gross...

The End. Because, for now, this topic doesn't deserve my attention anymore. I just want the JLs to have beautiful, nice, hot projects this summer. Preferably TOGETHER.

Anyhoo, I'm going shopping now, so I'll talk to you all when I get back, but not before I drop these off, hoping Sunja won't mind.

Finally we're on the road back to Dallas from this small wonderful spot in Texas, where tomorrow all the cast and crew fly home at different times to different places. I don't know who we were waiting for, for so long, but we're on the road now and every single person is dead quiet. We just wrapped shooting the last day on location out here in Honey Grove and Paris, TX for an episode of "One Tree Hill" that's due out April 4th, I think. The excitement of being back around everyone has been draining, but so, too, has the work that's been put into the filming, and the freezing night we just finished with that left all of us fighting for space in front of the heaters. Sophia, Hilary, Chad, Joy, James, and Lee are the rare and wonderful types of people that you can pick up with right where you left off. And those are just the people you and I both know, but there are scores of others behind the scenes who are just as present when you're filming who were so killer in bringing me right back in. And who am I kidding? Chris Keller was never going anywhere for long! I could only say no to the force of Chris for so long before I was itching to be sleazy again. You guys have to check out what the episode involved, though. Do you guys get Peyton's Podcast on iTunes? It's free so check it out, but the newest podcast is all about Hilary and Mark going to Honey Grove to tell these kids that they had won this competition and that we were all coming down. It's too cool. These kids were so easy to get along with, I can't even tell you. They were the coolest; not crazy at all. They were telling us that they have "One Tree Hill" nights when it airs with all these rules like no cell phones and talking about what they think the characters are thinking or really up to at commercials and so on...it's serious. Well, Lee, Sophia, Hilary and I hung out with them Wednesday to watch the show. It was so surreal and I haven't been able to watch the show in awhile 'cause I'm TV-less right now, so I really dug seeing what was going on. Mouth kissed Shelly, we all cheered Lee on. Brooke kissed her guy, we're all cheering Sophia. So funny...it was like we were watching football or something. Thanks to everyone who had us down there. My smile won't go away easily and Honey Grove is a place I won't soon forget. I hope to see you all again……and for the rest of you…..enjoy the episode...

OMG. So many reasons to yay about.

1. Ugly Betty premieres in Romania. LOL, considering we're one of those European countries that gets a show after 2-3 years from it's premiere in the US. Eh, but we're special with Ugly Betty because we were the first ones who had Betty La Fea ( the original, South American, version of Ugly Betty) and now they're re-airing that one to prepare the public for Ugly Betty, next week. Now all I need is FNL and the loooooong awaited OTH to make me watch TV again. :D

2. The Grammys aired last night (or morning A.T. - andrea time) and Justin and Christina owned the show. Justin, because "What Goes Around..." is my personal fav from SFLS and Christina, because in the last year she totally grew in front of my eyes. I mean, yes, I always knew she was The Voice from the Teen Wave, but my easy-to-be-bought-with-pop-crap self couldn't catch on in time, so it had to go through the Britney Spears era to lern its lesson. Well, Christina, you own my heart, my ears and my eyes girl. You just... own. End of story. And girl power to the Dixie Chicks! Oh, and did you noticed that Sting is the only police officer that still looks kinda H.O.T.?!? Waw.

3. My Finals ended, like really ended. With... happy ending. LOL. I'm so done with everything... til May. So now, I can soak up in the sun (?!?) and drink my... milk, and make fun of OTH for the next couple of episodes (cause only that will get me through it), and sleeeeeeeep, thank god. Some of you know my night-bird self pretty well by now. :P

I know they're still out there, but the ratio changed, if that's the correct expression for it, they don't do a lot of behind the scenes of a show anymore, they concentrate too much on the direction IMO (a lot of scenes are prolonged with slow camera motion and a lot of focus on extra-stuff), they're focusing a bit too much on the Harry and Matt storyline, IMO, uselessly. IDK. Ramblings...

5. Ha ha. OTH this week. Can't wait. Really. Not because I'm suicidal, not because I'm Mark's supporter, not because I'm a NB support... I'm NOT. But because, first and foremost, this is a TV show that I like to watch on Wednesday night (Thursday morning A.T.) and that I'll tolerate til kingdom's come... or til there's no NH. :D So, yeah, I'm gonna watch, laugh, maybe even puke... and then really laugh at the online reaction to it. I have a feeling...

6. I am, as of Friday, one of the othmusicthread maintainers (*hugs* to Susan!), so this means that : a. who hasn't subscribed to it, should do it now, b. the updates will become more frequent. c. everyone's support and help is always welcomed.

7. Oh, so I don't forget. Thank you to everyone who takes the time to comment on my ramblings, I appreciate it. And, about the last post, I don't hate Scarlett (Johansson), really... I just don't like her, as a person, I guess. But I love her looks and her acting, so, I guess for my superficial self, that should be enough. :D Eh, you'll see in my next post one of these days.

ETA: my PB account suffers from temporarelly MBE (Monthly Bandwidth Exceeded) but the problem will get fixed on the 20th, this month. So, if you know or see one of my pics with this message, that's the reason for it.

... Since I took a loooong break from studying again. LOL. I see that a lot of people are not up to date with the OTH music and some might need it, some might miss it... So, since I am a little (who am I kidding... a lot, since that's one of the main reason why I watch the show!) obsessed with the music from OTH (not to much this season, though), I was wondering:

1. do you guys want me to upload the music from OTH after the episode aires?

2. do you want me to start posting music from the beginning of the series, since I did a little clean-up last week and have everything arranged by episode?

3. do you know if I'm allowed to do what the above question says in any LJ community? (others might need it)

Feedback to this will be really helpful, otherwise foolish me will start spamming you unnecessarelly and I don't want to do that. Really. Thankyouverymuch.

On another note, have fun, everyone, watching FNL and OTH tonight... I'll have fun too, cause I'm pulling an all-nighter and watching OTH on TVU. :D

LOL, sorry for coming back again to haunt you like this, but I just read the strangest things online... A few weeks ago Ausiello (we all know who that is! LOL) posted in his "online diary" a little riddle about an on-set romance goin on concerning a certain TVshow. I think most of you already know it, it was about 2 actors, both married, one with a bad reputation... well, as much as I wanted it to be about you-know-who in some twisted universe, apparently the answer to that riddle was, by basically popular consensus (and the fact that Anne Heche divorced her husband a week later) Anne Heche and James Tupper, from Men in Trees.

Now, this weeks riddle goes something like this:

Yeah, I'm still alive, don't worry... and no, for the last time, I wasn't upset with the spoilers/promos/James' hair things, like I showed to be from my last post. That was such a 5-minutes-thing, I totally forgot about it, til I read everyone's comments. But anyway, thank you to everyone who takes the time to read and comment to my entries, even though I'm so redundant most of the times ... and my English sux (yeah, that's how "sucks" is written on the bathroom walls in my Uni :) ).

Well, the reason I was (and still am) MIA from everything is that this is my last week of exams and at the same time the toughest one so far. I had one exam today and it was okey, I guess... eh, I'm always pessimist about my performances cause at times it pays off to see how good I was in the end. LOL.

Anyhoo, why am I here? He he, to gush over Studio 60, cause it's Monday and I usually do this on Mondays. :) Sorry to the ones who aren't watching the show. I still recommend it, though.

No need to say that this episode was by far the most... nerve wrecking?!? so far... because, even though I knew what was suppose to happen ( it was kind of a "resolve" episode for most of the characters), I still was curious about the way they were gonna do everything, in the end. But, god, was I smirking or was I smirking in the end?! :) In short, Danny and Jordan are a couple now and that's all I needed to know... until I saw the actual thing played off. Waw, cause I haven't been so amazed by something like this since... since season 1 Naley.

"I'm crazy about you!". Waw! So over-played, but at the same time so cute, so sweet, so... waw. Especially after the crap with Jack Rudolph about him being separated from his wife and wanting kids (I was litterally pulling my hairs out and screming "they're pulling a LBP". EDIT: the separation might be a Hallie thing (the "illiterate" bitch that's messing with Jordan) )... I was so pissed about that one that I even considered not watching the thing anymore... but then, at the end... the little note, the kiss, they so got me back. :) Le. freaking. Sigh. :)

And, yeah, I'm excited about my DJ love... but, at the same time, a little sad about MH. Their situation is so screwed now and I don't see a resolve to it, but I still hope and know it will come in the end. Eh.

As for the end, I'm so inlove with that song. It was easy for me to find it, considering I am at times a Pretenders fan. So, here's the coda. Though, I have to wonder, why are they using a Christmas song as a coda in February, especially since we did have a Christmas episode? The only answer I got was that it's a MH related song. :( Oh, and I posted, too, a super cover of the song that Coldplay did.
