As part of this thread on Making Light, which I discovered this morning via 
officialgaiman mentioning what can only be described as a Classic Internet Argument (complete with Fake Accounts, Threats of FBI and the ever-classic Flounce) on Amazon.com where an author took exception to a bad review of her book:
