1. Duplicate your layer and set it to screen, opacity: 25%.
2. Layer > New adjustment layer > Selective color.
Reds: -100, 0, -70, 0.
Cyans: +100, 0, 0, 0.
Whites: 0, 0, 0, -50.
Neutrals: 0, 0, 0, +40.
Black: 0, 0, 0, +100.
3. Layer > New adjustment layer > Color balance.
Shadows: -30, 0, 0.
Midtones: -50, 0, 0.
Highlights: -50, 0, 0.
4. Layer > New adjustment layer > Solid Color. Fill with D6D6D6. Set it to soft light, opacity: 50%.
5. Layer > New adjustment layer > Solid Color. Fill again with D6D6D6. Set it to darken, opacity: 15%.
6. Layer > New adjustment layer > Selective color.
Whites: 0, 0, 0, +50.
