Just add: [lh_no_cache_shortcode] that is it. WP Super Cache won’t cache the page!

Installation

Upload the entire lh-no-cache-shortcode folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the ‚Plugins‘ menu in WordPress.
Include the shortcode: [lh_no_cache_shortcode] in your content.
