This is the only plugin (that I know of) that actually checks VAT numbers against VIES for free. I had an issue (my own fault) with the plugin on my block based (FSE) setup but customer support was fast, responsive and helpful.

Very helpful support! My issue, which wasn’t even related to this plugin, was quickly resolved. While there is still not full feature parity between classic checkout and block checkout, it is improving with every update. In other terms, it works as expected!
