Training is an adaption to stress. Physical, mental and emotional stress.

Our physical, mental and emotional conditioning determines the quality of our lives, our reality, our choices. It is how we deal with stress, with competition, with success and with failure. Physical conditioning makes up a small percentage, mental and emotional conditioning makes up a much larger percentage but the physical must be challenging enough to elicit an emotional response. Does your training reflect this? What are your standards? Was your last effort good enough?

Your training should keep you honest. It should condition your integrity, build your standards, encourage you to work smart and to work hard. It is not just what you do, it is how you do it. I encourage you to do it well and to do it often.

Personal Training

Hybrid Personal Training is the Private Personal Strength & Conditioning Training Program available at Hybrid Fitness & Performance. It is a goal oriented program that is specific to the your needs and flexible to your schedule.

The personal training service includes goal oriented training sessions, mobility work, diet and recovery assistance.
