In accordance with K.S.A. 72-3123 (k), each school district provided its nonresident student policy and reported the number of nonresident
student transfers approved and denied by such board in each grade level, and whether the denials were based on capacity or in accordance
with the policy adopted pursuant to K.S.A. 72-3126 for the 2025-2026 school year.
