Data Analytics Stack Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your access to and use of Data Analytics Stack services. By signing up or engaging us, you agree to comply with these Terms and any additional terms provided during onboarding.
We provide fully managed analytics services, which may include data connections, dashboard builds, and ongoing insights reporting. The exact scope depends on your selected plan and what we agree during onboarding.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your business and data sources.
- Grant timely access to required tools and data.
- Maintain responsibility for decisions made using the dashboards and reports.
- Ensure you have the rights to share and use the data you provide.
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to help protect data. Where possible, we use read-only access to your data sources and encrypt connections. You maintain ownership of your business data.
We do not sell your data. Any processing we perform is intended to deliver the services described in your plan.
Subscription fees are set out on our Pricing page or in your proposal. Payments are due according to the billing terms agreed with you. Taxes may apply where required by law.
Plans are subscription-based and may be canceled in accordance with your agreement. If you cancel, we will provide a reasonable handover of dashboards and structures supported by your plan.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Data Analytics Stack will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services, including losses resulting from business decisions based on dashboard insights.
We strive for accuracy and clarity, but dashboards and reports are based on the data available to us and the definitions selected during onboarding. You are responsible for validating outputs in the context of your business.
All methodologies, templates, and proprietary frameworks developed by Data Analytics Stack remain our intellectual property. Dashboards and reports created specifically for your business are licensed to you for internal use during your active subscription.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Data Analytics Stack operates. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal remedies.
