World AIDS Day: One day, I won't have to make this post.

Support World AIDS Day

Sadly, today is not that day, because despite the fact that there are better drugs available (for some, anyway), the fight isn't over yet. Particularly troubling to me is that the CDC's statistics for 2002 showed that HIV/AIDS was the leading cause of death for African-American women between the ages of 25 and 34, and the second-leading cause of death among all African-Americans between the ages of 35 and 44.

Click here to light a virtual candle, and Bristol Meyers Squibb will donate $1 to the World AIDS Fund. It may not be much, but everything helps.
