I am a Postdoctoral Scholar at Northeast Regional Center for Rural Development, at Penn State University.
My professional background spans the private sector, public institutions, and academia. My research interests lie in Urban & Regional Economics and Public Economics, with a focus on transportation systems, spatial policy evaluation, infrastructure investments, regional connectivity, climate resilience, and the measurement of external costs associated with urban and regional development. My work often combines large geospatial datasets, econometric methods, and policy analysis to study shocks, mobility patterns, and regional economic outcomes.
