Week Two: Zooming Along!

I left y'all at the end of week one, having just stopped for the weekend to give everyone a break. A break indeed!

Day 8: Wrong turn? What wrong turn?

Saturday morning I got up late and eventually got moving enough to take brian1789 to the train station so he could start on his trip to Munich. I left the train station and started finding my way home. In attempting to find lunch on this trip, I took a wrong turn and ended up on the road to Cadiz. I'd been thinking about going to the beach, so I decided to go with it.

The ocean was lovely (the Atlantic, in this case)

Day 9: Quiet and Solitude

I didn't leave the bungalows on Sunday. I spent the day alone reading, painting, thinking, sleeping. It was *lovely* and just what I needed.

Days 10 and 11: A Blur of Busy

Getting everything up and running and working the kinks out of processes ate many many hours here. Fun moments were had, good work was done.

The moon and stars were lovely.

Day 12: Aracena

A few of us decided to wander off to Aracena on Wednesday afternoon. Aracena is a lovely old city that has become something of an arts colony. They sell *lovely* pottery and such, and have a fantastic old church.

Day 13: Hurrying Madly

Thursday was spent madly trying to finish everything, document everything, and get prepared to take off for the next week. It was also TS's birthday, so we all met up for dinner at Casiano's and celebrated - Casiano even brought out a cake! Much fun.

Day 14: Zoom!

On Friday I got up, finished my last tasks, and took off for the airport (a bit later then I'd have preferred). Made my flight, entered Portugal for the first time ever, and arrived in Amsterdam just after midnight, met by brian1789. I love coming home.
