Clothes having a cost, whenever you  will be able to do it at start would be a big cheat, as you will need to add also related clothes to MC closet or you will have issues while attempting to add one without those in closet..

You just need to copy closet & outfit from an old save and paste in the new one, dunno if that anyway will be 100% safe, as clothes are often under update..

Your Dom gave you already some rules about clothes?

Petitions unlock partway into the second week by running into a new storyline NPC, The Activist, outside Blodgett Gym (contributed by noonycurt)

Current petitions include: make the gym lockers unisex, allow swimwear to be considered proper dress for classes etc., allow everybody to be topless wherever men are currently allowed to be topless, disallow anybody from going topless (contributed by fhish and noonycurt)

You can't start right from the topless petition.

RMP & RM having their storyline.. once that is complete they will offer you a D/S relationship with both of them..

Start  peeking at them during the weekend to unlock the first step, whenever they'll discover you, while showering in the morning RMP will approach you offering to start it..
