Consultation
Our initial consultation begins with our estimating team meeting you onsite to review project details and discuss your vision, scope, and timeline all while getting eyes on your space. If our ranged estimate aligns with your budget, we will move forward to provide you with a design agreement.
Design Stage
Your design stage includes putting your vision on paper with plans that you are involved with revising to get the exact space you envision. Once your plans are finalized and the scope of work is solidified, you will receive a comprehensive proposal where any final adjustments to the scope can be made.
Selections
We live by saying "A project well planned is a project half complete." This phase is a vital step of the process that includes selecting all finishes and fixtures. Our Project Coordinator is your point of contact who will introduce you to all vendors and trade partners you will be working with. Your cooperation with deadlines during this step ensures the project stays on schedule.
Construction
Before construction begins, your team will complete an interior and exterior walkthrough to ensure all necessary items are in place for the start of construction. Once work begins, our tradespeople will take all necessary measures to protect your home from unavoidable dust and debris.
Warranty
Once construction is complete we will provide important warranty details, as well as proper care instructions, for your newly built or remodeled space. We will be here following the completion of construction to address any questions or concerns that may arise.
Survey
Following the completion of your project, we kindly ask that you complete a 5 minute survey. This feedback is a crucial piece of our commitment to providing the best possible experience and quality of products our valued clients have come to expect from us.
