This plugin enables upload of the vCard files. It adds the *.vcf extension and text/x-vcard MIME type to the list of allowed uploads.
Installation
Installing “Enable vCard Upload” can be done either by searching for “Enable vCard Upload” via the “Plugins > Add New” screen in your WordPress dashboard, or by using the following steps:
- Download the plugin via WordPress.org
- Upload the ZIP file through the ‘Plugins > Add New > Upload’ screen in your WordPress dashboard
- Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress

Uploading VCF files gets me the error “Sorry, this file type is not permitted for security reasons.”

Warning stated not tested with version 4.7. Installed, tested, so far on my computer it is working.
Nothing to do once it is installed, makes it soooooo simple and easy.

Let me know if you find an issue.
