Our client, a London based estate agent recognised there was a need in the market for an ‘opinion based’ App to help people decide if a property was right for them. Property Score was born with the help from the D2 Creative team. We worked together to build an online service designed to help individuals make informed decisions when buying or renting property. As well as building the platform we created a complete brand identity and documented guidelines. The service is a Progressive Web Application (PWA) built around an algorithm that assigns a ‘best score’ to properties based on user-defined features. The project took a couple of years to develop, with our team working closely with Property Score’s founder to bring the vision to life. This year, we successfully launched the platform in the UK.

Our goal for Property Score was to develop a modern, approachable brand identity that would resonate with both individual users and real estate professionals. The visual identity had to reflect the service’s expertise and simplicity, making property evaluation easy and accessible. We designed a clean, contemporary logo and established a comprehensive brand guide to ensure consistency across all digital and marketing materials. The brand was created as a ‘percentage symbol’ emulating the main feature of the App, with a focus on clarity and professionalism which aligned with the precision and reliability of the algorithm behind the service.

The Property Score platform is a feature-rich Progressive Web App, designed to deliver an exceptional user experience across all devices. The app’s algorithm evaluates properties based on customizable features, giving users a tailored ‘best score’ to help them find the perfect property. We collaborated with Property Score throughout the entire development process, ensuring that the design was functional, intuitive, and visually aligned with the brand’s goals. This year, we helped launch the platform in the UK, providing marketing support and strategic advice to maximize its reach.

The PWA’s design has been well-received by both users and agents, with the platform’s ease of use and visual appeal being standout features. The successful UK launch has positioned Property Score as a valuable tool in the real estate market, helping users make more informed decisions and gain confidence in their property choices. The collaboration was a testament to the close working relationship we maintained throughout the project’s multi-year development.
