as #5 - time gone by + craftpocalypse 3/08/2026

goddd how is it march already!!! how are we a week into march already!!! time is going by so fast and it feels like im just sitting here watching it ... my girlfriend and i had our two year dating anniversary on the third!!! very exciting milestone and i love her so so so so so so much and she is just my most favoritest person ever and i am so happy that we've spent the last two years together and i am so excited to spend many more with her!!! last week was a bit busy for both of us and i was working and she had some plans and things she needed to take care of so we are having our cute date on wednesday and we're going to the local art museum! i haven't been since i was really little and it was for a dia de los muertos event where we were decorating sugar skulls outside so i've never even been in the actual museum itself and im very excited! my girlfriend is very into art and art history so im excited to walk around and look at different artworks with her and do something that she loves together.

last thursday i went out and did a little bit of shopping with my girlfriend and my childhood bestie and we got froyo and it was very fun!!! i put my outfit from our excursion on my fashion log (which u can view here of course). we went to this harley/biker resale store which none of us had ever been to before and i got the CUTEST freaking hat ever its like a black cadet hat with a huge rhinestone skull and crossbones on it ... the prices in there were a tad bit high for my taste but i think im maybe too cheap and the ladies running it were super nice and awesome and i really really liked the hat so i think it is good that i spent a little more on it. ive worn it once already since i got it and im excited to style it more in the future!

i have been doing lots of crafting lately ... i made my girlfriend and i some matching beaded keychains as part of her anniversary gift and i sewed her a little felt pouch too and im going to make her a cute fancy card (don't tell her because we haven't exchanged our presents yet). ive been on a sudden sewing kick (hence the pouch) and ive been making myself some cool patches for my clothes and i have more occasions coming up that i will be making crafts for! one of my friends' birthdays is this week and im working on making him like a set of diy accessories as his present. im making him a bracelet stand/holder thing, a couple bracelets to go on it, and a set of patches based on his interests! and his sister who is also a friend of mine is having her baby soon (CRAZY btw because she's only a year older than me ... what do u mean my friends are old enough to be having babies now ...) and im going to sew her a star garland for the baby's nursery and paint the hungry caterpillar onto some fabric bins that she can store stuff in as well. i will be a very very busy bee this week!!!
