2. New Layer! Fill it with a dark blue (#040720) and set it to exclusion!
3. Now, duplicate your base and set it at the top ---> soft light!
4. New Layer! Fill it with a light blue (#dde1fb) and set it to burn!
You're done! Now you can add text or whatever.
